SUPER DELICIOUS BEER. I LOVE MICHALA :-)

On Saturday, October 17th there was boiler meat ... simply excellent. The light beer and the bock beer also tasted very good. There was enough space for the guests - thanks to the tent in the yard. Exemplary in times of Corona !!!

Special "Duck from the grill" with dumpling and savoy cabbage (!) And the honest Nikl. Everything done right on this sunny Sunday.

We have enjoyed going there for years, whether on Sundays for dinner after work for a beer or after a hike. You can sit inside and outside and both are quaintly cozy. The home-brewed beer is highly recommended and the food is delicious too. There is something for everyone and the Schäufele is amazing. The service is very attentive and friendly and the boss is always close by.

Hey, it's one of the countless good berries in the area (south of Nuremberg). Here you can enjoy Nikl beer and various types of Nikl brandy, made from its own beer. This beer does not have a large annual production, which means (according to connoisseurs 😉) that the beer is of exceptional quality and flavor (according to local standards). What was confirmed during my visit! 🤑

Though not up with nearby legend breweries, Nikl is a great addition to the Franconian brewing scene. They have some great craft beer offerings but also brew a few more traditional beers to go along with their classic Franconian fare. Staff is super friendly and with its convenient to Pretzfeld train station location, it's a can't miss if hiking in the area.
